On time and as described.

unfortunately i can't eat spicy foods, but i make them for my husband. he loved it! i love the education behind the food as well.

For being a book titled "Red" or "Green" there are not many recipes that cover either, it is mostly a general cookbook. The recipes seem good, but not if you are expecting it to be all about chile.

Love the recipes

Had a bunch of really good recipe's, I particularly like the variety of salsas.

A wonderful sampling of tastes of New Mexico. I purchased this as a wedding shower gift and the recipient--a former New Mexican--was very touched.
